Triangle Escape — Posture Break Escape

The Posture Break Escape relies on creating a posture difference between the attacker and defender. By posturing up, the bottom player relieves pressure on the neck and can slip the trapped arm free. This escape emphasizes slow, controlled movements to avoid tightening the choke while opening space for an exit. It's ideal for smaller or more mobile opponents where brute force might be less effective.
