Grappling Dummy Stand

A grappling dummy stand is used to hold dummies upright, giving practitioners a stationary partner for practicing takedowns, throws, and standing entries. By elevating the dummy, it also allows for striking integration in MMA crossover drills.

This setup is especially useful for judo-inspired throws or wrestling takedowns that require an upright partner. Some stands are adjustable to replicate opponents of different heights.
