Arm Resistance Bands

Arm resistance bands are versatile tools for strengthening the upper body and developing grip endurance, both of which are critical for holding submissions and controlling opponents. By providing progressive resistance, they allow athletes to mimic BJJ-specific pulling and gripping motions.
