Kimura from Mount
The mounted Kimura combines the attacker’s body weight with the arm lock to force submission from a top-dominant position. Controlling posture and leveraging the mount increases pressure on the shoulder, limiting defensive movement.
This variation is particularly effective against heavier opponents and serves both as a finishing technique and as a tool to manipulate posture for follow-up attacks or transitions to leg locks and other submissions.
