Saulo Ribeiro

Saulo Ribeiro (b. 1974) is a six-time IBJJF World Champion and two-time ADCC champion, widely respected as one of the most technical and cerebral practitioners of his era. A black belt under Royler Gracie, Ribeiro combined an innovative approach to guard work with an emphasis on fundamentals and strategy.

He authored Jiu-Jitsu University, a book that has become one of the most influential resources for practitioners worldwide. Alongside his brother Xande Ribeiro, he co-founded Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu, a globally recognized team and academy system.
