Romulo Barral

Romulo Barral (b. 1983) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, multiple-time IBJJF World Champion, and ADCC medalist. Known for his dynamic and technical spider guard, Barral has been a pioneer in modern guard systems, combining control with rapid transitions and submissions.
