Braulio Estima

Braulio Estima (b. 1980) is a three-time ADCC World Champion and multiple-time IBJJF champion. Nicknamed “Carcará,” Estima is celebrated for his fluid transitions, explosive guard attacks, and technical adaptability across both gi and no-gi formats.

As a competitor, he faced and defeated some of the most dominant athletes of his era. Beyond competition, Estima has contributed to the sport through coaching and seminars, passing on his innovative approach to grappling worldwide.
