Leg Entanglement Drill

Leg entanglement drills focus on entering, controlling, and transitioning between positions such as 50/50, Ashi Garami, and outside Ashi. Athletes practice securing entries while preventing the opponent’s counters.

These drills are essential in modern no-gi grappling, where leg attacks form a core strategy. Training them consistently builds comfort with both offensive submissions and defensive escapes from entanglements.
