Competition Day Checklist
Preparation is essential for tournament success. Competitors should pack their gi (or no-gi gear), belt, water, snacks, mouthguard, ID, and any required paperwork such as registration or medical forms. Spare clothing and tape are also helpful.
Equally important is mental readiness: arriving early, warming up, and having a game plan for each match. A well-prepared athlete avoids unnecessary stress and enters the mat focused and confident.
